On Monday, 24 November, the weather in Ukraine will remain unstable. This was reported by the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Centre.
Cloudy weather with clear spells is expected in the western regions. At night, there will be light snow in some places, and moderate snow in the Carpathians. There will be no precipitation during the day. Black ice is possible on the roads. The temperature during the day will range from 1–6° below zero at night to around 0° during the day.
Rain will prevail in the central, northern, southern and eastern regions. At night, there will be wet snow in some places in the north and centre, with significant precipitation possible in the Chernihiv and Sumy regions. During the day, precipitation will stop in most northern and central regions. The air temperature at night and during the day will be 3–8° above zero, and 0–5° above zero in the northern and Vinnytsia regions. In the south and south-east, temperatures will range from 5–10°C at night to 10–15°C during the day.
The wind will be predominantly westerly, 7–12 m/s. In the Carpathians, gusts of up to 15–20 m/s are expected during the day.
In Kyiv and the surrounding region, it will be cloudy with some sunny spells. Rain and wet snow are possible at night, with no precipitation forecast during the day. The temperature in the region will be 0–5°C; in the capital, it will be 0–2°C at night and 2–4°C during the day.
