During the current day (from 11.00 a.m. on 4 January), the enemy attacked Ukraine with 30 Shahed-type attack UAVs and various types of imitation drones from the north-east.
This was reported by the Air Force Command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
‘As of 20.00, 14 enemy UAVs were shot down, 16 enemy imitator drones were lost locally (without negative consequences),’ the Air Force said in a statement.
As a reminder, on the night of 4 January, Russian troops launched a large-scale attack using 81 Shahed attack UAVs and various types of imitation drones. As of 09:00, 34 attack UAVs were confirmed downed.
According to the Command, 47 enemy imitator drones were lost in the area.
