Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has announced the launch of the Build with Ukraine programme, which involves the export of Ukrainian military technology to partner countries.

‘We will provide the relevant technology and open production facilities for drones, missiles and, possibly, artillery in other countries,’ Zelensky said.

Ukraine has already attracted $43 billion for the development of its own defence-industrial complex. In addition, official Kyiv is proposing that its partners allocate at least 0.25% of GDP in 2026 to support the Ukrainian defence-industrial complex as a component of European security.
