        The Armed Forces of Ukraine are holding back Russian advances across the entire front line, with the fiercest fighting in Donetsk Oblast

        As of 16:00 on 21 June, 77 combat clashes were recorded on the front line, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Ukrainian troops are holding their defences, repelling enemy attacks in most areas.

        The most intense fighting is in the Pokrovsk direction, where 29 attacks have taken place today alone, with five more ongoing. The situation is also heated near Kramatorsk, Toretsk, and Lyman.

        In the north of the Sumy, Kharkiv and Chernihiv regions, the Russian Federation carried out artillery strikes on dozens of settlements, using aerial bombs and rocket artillery.

        The Armed Forces of Ukraine are also holding back the enemy in the Kupiansk, Orikhiv and Novopavlivka directions. Despite active assaults, the situation is under control, with some fighting still ongoing.
