On the morning of 13 March, two explosions were heard in Sumy. According to the acting mayor, Artem Kobzar, it was a missile strike, and there are dead.
According to Suspilne journalists, a child and adults were injured. Damage to buildings is also reported.
‘There are many dead as a result of the missile strike… The enemy has struck again at the civilian population,’ Kobzar wrote on Telegram.
