Russians driven out of Kupyansk

Russian assault groups broke through to Kupyansk in Kharkiv region, but were destroyed and the enemy failed to gain a foothold.

This was reported by the head of the Kupyansk city military administration, Andriy Besedin, Dumka reports.

According to him, Russian troops broke through to the left-bank part of the city on November 13, but by the morning of November 14, the situation was under control of Ukrainian forces.

According to DeepState, the occupiers attempted to attack Kupyansk by moving two columns of equipment from the area of Liman One. The Ukrainian military destroyed some of the equipment. 

On November 13, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that Russian troops disguised in Ukrainian Armed Forces uniforms were advancing in the Kupyansk direction in four waves, using about 15 armored vehicles. Ukrainian defenders managed to completely stop the attack and destroy all enemy equipment.
