        Russians attacked energy and transport infrastructure in Odesa region with drones

        On the night of 11 November, the Russian army attacked critical infrastructure in the Odesa region with strike drones, injuring one person.

        This was reported by Oleg Kipper, head of the Odesa Regional State Administration.

        According to him, ‘despite the active work of air defence forces, there is damage to civilian energy and transport infrastructure. As a result of the strikes, fires broke out at several energy facilities, which were quickly extinguished by rescuers. The Ukrzaliznytsia depot and administrative buildings were also damaged.’

        According to preliminary information, one person suffered shrapnel wounds.

        Critical infrastructure in the region is operating on generators, and emergency centres have been opened.
