        Russian military-industrial complex and logistics facilities hit: UAF’s attack Yars and Bulava missile production plant

        On the night of 21 February, units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ Missile Forces and Artillery struck important facilities of the enemy’s military-industrial complex and logistics. FP-5 Flamingo cruise missiles were used to strike the targets.

        According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the military-industrial complex Votkinsk Plant in the city of Votkinsk (Udmurt Republic, Russian Federation) was hit. A fire was reported on the premises. The results of the strike are being clarified.

        The Votkinsk Plant manufactures RS-24 Yars, Yars-S, and Yars-M intercontinental ballistic missiles, ZM-30 (R-30) ballistic missiles Bulava missiles for Project 955A Borei-A submarines, as well as 9M723-1 missiles for the Iskander-M operational-tactical complex and 9-S-7760 missiles for the Kinzhal aviation missile complex.

        In addition, according to preliminary information, units of the Defence Forces struck the Neftegorsk gas processing plant in the Samara region of the Russian Federation, which is involved in supplying the needs of the Russian occupation army. A fire was also reported at the plant, and the extent of the damage is being assessed.

        In the temporarily occupied territory of the Donetsk region, a fuel and lubricants warehouse in Donetsk and a workshop for the production and maintenance of unmanned aerial vehicles in the area of the village of Nova Karakuba were hit.

        In addition, in the settlement of Polohy in the temporarily occupied territory of the Zaporizhzhia region, the Defence Forces struck a warehouse of the occupiers’ material and technical resources.

        The enemy’s losses and the final extent of the damage caused are being clarified.
