        Russian drones hit school and civilian vehicles in Kharkiv region, killing one

        On September 1, Russian forces attacked a school in Zolochiv and civilian vehicles on roads in the Kharkiv region. One man was killed in one of the strikes, while another remains in serious condition.

        This was reported by Zolochiv Settlement Military Administration head Viktor Kovalenko and Kupiansk District Military Administration head Andrii Kanashevych.

        At 05:10, a Russian FPV drone struck Zolochiv Lyceum No. 3. The roof of the school building was damaged in the strike, with no injuries reported.

        Between 05:00 and 08:00, three cars and a bus were damaged in shelling on the road between the villages of Chervona Khvylia and Zelenyi Hai in the Velykyi Burluk community. The type of weapon used is being established, with FPV drones considered the preliminary cause. Information about possible casualties is being clarified.

        At around 09:00, a Russian FPV drone struck a vehicle on the Zolochiv-Derhachi road. A man born in 1971 was killed, while another man, born in 1967, suffered first- and second-degree burns over 80% of his body and remains in serious condition. The vehicle was destroyed.
