On the morning of October 2, an attack drone struck a high-rise residential building in Kyiv’s Darnytskyi district. A woman was killed and two other residents were injured.
This was reported by Kyiv police.
The Russian strike caused a fire on the 24th and 25th floors of the high-rise. Police officers found the body of a 24-year-old woman in one of the apartments.
A 49-year-old woman was hospitalized with smoke inhalation. A 33-year-old man suffered burns and is in serious condition.
Police investigative teams, bomb disposal experts, State Emergency Service rescuers and other specialized services are working at the scene.
