Subsequently, the head of the Mykolaiv regional military administration, Vitaliy Kim, confirmed the “arrival” of an enemy missile, without specifying where it hit. According to him, there were no casualties.
‘We clearly understand where. No ambulance calls so far. I hope it will remain so,’ he wrote.
