Russia attacked Odesa, injuring a 23-year-old man and damaging private houses, a dormitory and garages, Odesa City Military Administration chief Serhii Lysak reported.





According to him, garages caught fire in one district of the city after the attack. The fire was quickly extinguished.
Windows were shattered in nearby buildings. An operational headquarters is working at the scene, where residents can receive assistance and consultations.
At another location, private houses were damaged. A 23-year-old man was injured, and doctors are providing him with all necessary medical care.
As of 7:00 a.m., five private houses and a dormitory had been damaged in Odesa’s Kyivskyi district. Crews are continuing to clear the rubble.
Tram tracks have already been restored, and public transport operations were not stopped.
Relevant city services are working at the sites. Details and the final consequences of the enemy attack are being clarified.
