On the night of December 9, Russians attacked Ukraine with two guided missiles and 37 attack drones.
This was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“As of 08:00, units of anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare and mobile fire groups of the Air Force and the Defense Forces of Ukraine shot down two X-59/69 guided missiles and 18 enemy UAVs,” the statement said.
The enemy targets were destroyed in Sumy, Poltava, Dnipro, Chernihiv, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytsky, Rivne, Ternopil and Odesa regions.
18 drones were lost, one is still in the air: “Combat work is ongoing.”
“Due to the fall of downed enemy UAVs in Vinnytsia region, the infrastructure of several private enterprises was damaged,” the Air Force added.
