On the morning of June 3, Russian forces attacked Kharkiv with drones. As a result of a series of strikes, six people were injured. One of the victims of the Russian attack sustained fatal injuries.
This was reported by the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kharkiv region and Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov.
Russian forces struck the Osnovianskyi and Kholodnohirskyi districts of Kharkiv with UAVs. Fires broke out at the impact sites. A hangar and vehicles were damaged.
As a result of the attack, six people were injured. Blast injuries and acute stress reactions were sustained by women aged 57 and 75, as well as men aged 18, 53, 66, and 68.
“Police officers and an emergency medical team tried to resuscitate the woman injured in the shelling for an hour. Despite all their efforts, they were unable to save her,” Terekhov wrote.
Specialized services are working at the scene. Criminal proceedings have been opened under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine concerning war crimes.
