The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Centre reports that cloudy weather is expected in Ukraine on Sunday, 30 November. Light rain is possible in Zakarpattia and Prykarpattia, and during the day also in the southern regions; moderate rain is forecast in the Carpathians and Odesa region. No significant precipitation is expected in the rest of the country.
At night and in the morning, fog will be observed in the western regions, as well as in Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia. The wind will be easterly, 5-10 m/s. The temperature at night will be 0-5 degrees Celsius, during the day 3-8 degrees; in the south, 4-9 degrees at night and 7-12 degrees during the day.
On 30 November, it will be cloudy with no significant precipitation in the Kyiv region and the capital. The wind will be mainly easterly, 5–10 m/s. The temperature in the region will be 0–5 degrees Celsius at night and 3–8 degrees during the day, and in Kyiv it will be 3–5 degrees at night and 6–8 degrees during the day.
