It is now the 1,351st day of Russia’s full-scale armed aggression against Ukraine. Between November 4 and 5, there were 154 combat clashes along the front line. Ukrainian forces repelled 52 enemy assaults on the Pokrovsk front, 17 on the Sloviansk front, and 15 on the Novopavlivka front.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
During the day, the enemy carried out one missile strike and 51 airstrikes, launched six missiles, dropped 86 guided bombs, and conducted 4,618 shelling attacks, including 133 with multiple launch rocket systems, employing 5,978 kamikaze drones.
Airstrikes targeted the following locations:
- Zemlyanka, Sumy region;
- Tarasivka, Chernihiv region;
- Pokrovske, Oleksiivka, Dnipropetrovsk region;
- Solodke, Polohy, Ternuvate, Rivnopillia, Zaporizhzhia region.
Northern-Slobozhansk and Kursk Fronts
On the Northern-Slobozhansk and Kursk fronts, the enemy carried out eight airstrikes, dropping a total of 15 guided bombs and conducting 163 attacks, including ten from multiple launch rocket systems.
Southern-Slobozhansk, Kupiansk, Lyman, and Sloviansk Fronts
On the Southern-Slobozhansk front, the Defense Forces repelled nine enemy attacks near Vovchansk, Synelnykove, and Dvorichanske.
On the Kupiansk front, there were five enemy assaults. Ukrainian defenders fought off attacks near the settlements of Pishchane, Borivska Andriivka, and Petropavlivka.
On the Lyman front, the enemy attacked ten times, trying to break through Ukrainian defenses near Hrekivka, Novoselivka, Korovyi Yar, Drobysheve, and toward Lyman.
On the Sloviansk front, the Defense Forces repelled 17 enemy attacks near Serebrianka, Vyimka, Pereizne, Siversk, and in the direction of Dronivka.
Kramatorsk, Kostiantynivka, and Pokrovsk Fronts
On the Kramatorsk front, there was one combat engagement near the settlement of Stupochky.
On the Kostiantynivka front, the enemy launched 11 attacks near Shcherbynivka, Pleshchiivka, Oleksandro-Shultyno, Ivanopillia, Yablunivka, and toward Berestok and Sofiivka.
On the Pokrovsk front, Ukrainian defenders repelled 52 enemy assaults near Shakhove, Novе Shakhove, Chervonyi Lyman, Myrnohrad, Novoekonomichne, Rodynske, Lysivka, Novopavlivka, Pokrovsk, Zvirove, Udachne, Molodetske, Novomykolayivka, Novoukrainka, and Dachne.
Oleksandrivka, Hulyaipole, Orikhiv, and Other Fronts
On the Oleksandrivka front, the enemy carried out 15 attacks toward Yehorivka, Novoivanivka, Yalta, Sosnivka, Stepove, Verbove, and Novohryhorivka.
On the Hulyaipole front, the Defense Forces repelled three enemy attacks near Novomykolayivka.
On the Orikhiv front, the enemy made three attempts to break through Ukrainian defenses near Stepove and Novoandriivka.
On the Dnipro front, Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled three enemy attacks on Defense Forces positions near the Antonivskyi Bridge.
No signs of enemy offensive group formation were observed on the Volyn and Polissia fronts.
