On Monday, 19 May, there will be light rain in some areas at night, in Zakarpattia and Prykarpattia, and moderate rain during the day in Ukraine, according to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Centre.
Thunderstorms are expected in the southern, central, eastern, Chernihiv and Sumy regions during the day.
The wind will be south-westerly and westerly, 7-12 m/s. During the day, gusts of 15-20 m/s are expected in the south-eastern part of the country.
Temperatures in the south and east of the country will be 7-12° at night and 15-20° during the day. In the rest of the country, it will be 4-9° at night and 12-17° during the day, with 8-13° in Zakarpattia and Prykarpattia.
In the Carpathians, moderate, locally heavy, wet snow and rain. Nighttime and daytime temperatures will be 0-5°C.
In Kyiv, it will be cloudy with some sunny spells, light rain at night and moderate rain during the day. The wind will be southwesterly, 7-12 m/s. Temperatures at night will be 7-9°C, during the day around 15°C.
On Tuesday, 20 May, in the western and northern regions there will be light rain, in the rest of the country moderate rain, during the day in the south-eastern part there will be thunderstorms.
The wind will be mainly north-westerly, 7-12 m/s, in the south and east of the country, with gusts of 15-20 m/s during the day and in the central regions.
Nighttime temperatures will be 4-9°C, in the south and east of the country 7-12°C. Daytime temperatures will be 12-17°C, in the Carpathians 5-10°C.
In Kyiv, there will be light rain, with a northwesterly wind of 7-12 m/s. Nighttime temperatures will be 7-9°C, daytime temperatures around 15°C.
