North Korean troops replenish personnel after losses in Kursk region – DIU

Units of the DPRK army, which suffered significant losses during hostilities in the Kursk region, are receiving reinforcements to continue offensive operations.

This was reported by the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine.

According to the DIU, on December 14-15, near the villages of Plyokhovo, Vorozhba and Martynivka in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation, North Korean troops lost at least 30 servicemen killed and wounded.

In addition, at least three North Korean soldiers went missing near the village of Kurylivka.

“Due to significant losses, the assault units are being manned by new servicemen, in particular from the 94th Separate Brigade of the DPRK Army, to ensure further active hostilities in the Kursk region,” the intelligence service said.
