        During the night of May 12, Russian forces attacked Kyiv, the Kyiv region, and Dnipro. In the capital, drone debris fell onto a residential building, while one person was injured in Dnipro.

        This was reported by local authorities.

        As a result of the overnight Russian attack, drone debris fell onto the roof of a residential building in Kyiv’s Obolon district. According to the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Tymur Tkachenko, the drone debris struck a 20-story building.

        According to Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko, a fire broke out after UAV debris fell onto the roof of a 16-story residential building. The fire was later extinguished. The roof of the technical floor was damaged. No other destruction was reported, and no one sought medical assistance.

        Russian forces also attacked settlements in the Kyiv region during the night of May 12. According to the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Mykola Kalashnyk, a kindergarten was damaged in the Fastiv district. Windows were shattered in a nearby four-story residential building, and two private houses were also damaged. No casualties were reported.

        In addition, Russian forces attacked the city of Dnipro. According to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Hanzha, one person was injured in the attack.

        He said a fire broke out in the city and transport infrastructure was damaged.
