        Night attack on Kharkiv and the region: 14 people injured, including a child

        On the night of February 26, the occupiers attacked Kharkiv and the region with 17 UAVs and two missiles. Residential buildings were hit, and 14 people were injured.

        This was reported by the mayor of Kharkiv, Igor Terekhov, and the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleg Synyegubov.

        According to Terekhov, the Russians struck Kharkiv with ballistic missiles and shahids. The shelling damaged residential buildings and infrastructure, injuring at least nine people.

        Explosions were heard in four districts. In the Shevchenkivskyi and Kyivskyi districts, apartment buildings and private houses were damaged, power lines were torn down, and a gas pipeline was broken. A direct hit on a high-rise building was recorded.

        A fire broke out at the site of the strike in the Slobidska district. Later, information appeared about a destroyed private residential building in the Saltivska district. One of the strikes hit Kharkiv’s Central Park.

        According to Synyegubov, four people were injured as a result of a Russian UAV strike in the village of Rai-Olenivka. Among them was a child.
