During the night, Russian troops attacked the Sumy community with a guided aerial bomb. This was reported by the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Oleg Grygorov.
The strike destroyed and damaged private residential buildings in the Kovpakivsky district. Emergency services are working at the scene.
An 87-year-old woman was hospitalised with injuries. A 5-year-old child and a 17-year-old girl were also injured and received medical assistance at the scene.
