On May 26, Russian forces launched a missile strike on Zaporizhzhia. As a result of the attack, 12 people were injured. A non-residential building and vehicles were damaged by the blast wave and debris, some of the cars burned down.
This was reported by the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov.
Initially, two injured people and burning vehicles were reported. Later, the number of wounded increased to three. Among the injured were two women aged 27 and 40, as well as a 36-year-old man.
A non-residential building and cars parked nearby were damaged by the blast wave and debris, and some of the vehicles caught fire.
The fires were extinguished by rescuers. Other consequences of the attack are being established.
As of 14:29, the number of injured had risen to 12 people.
