On April 21, Russian forces attacked Sumy. During the night, the occupiers struck the city with ten drones, resulting in casualties.
This was reported by the Sumy Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
Fifteen people sought medical assistance, including three teenage girls.
“Among the wounded are three children: girls aged 13, 15, and 17. They have been hospitalized, and medical personnel are providing the necessary care. Most of those injured in the nighttime attack by Russian drones are elderly people. Everyone is receiving the necessary medical care,” wrote Oleg Grigorov, head of the Sumy Regional State Administration.
Hundreds of windows were damaged in apartment buildings and educational institutions, an educational facility was destroyed, and at least ten cars were destroyed.
