As a result of the overnight attack on Kyiv, damage has been recorded at more than 20 sites across six districts of the capital. According to the latest reports, at least three people were killed, including a 12-year-old girl, and ten others were injured.
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said that drone debris and explosions caused destruction and fires in the Darnytskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, Solomianskyi, Holosiivskyi, Dniprovskyi, and Obolonskyi districts. Residential buildings, a state medical facility, a kindergarten, the Institute of Cardiology, parked cars, and other sites were damaged.

In the Solomianskyi district, a major fire broke out in a five-story residential building and on the upper floors of a medical facility; rescuers confirmed the death of a child. In other districts, debris damaged private homes and non-residential buildings and caused cars to catch fire.
Kyiv Military Administration head Tymur Tkachenko clarified that, as of the morning, ten people were confirmed injured and three killed. “The Russians are once again opening the counter of murdered children,” he said after rescuers recovered the body of the 12-year-old girl. According to Tkachenko, this attack repeated the scenario from a month ago, when missiles struck residential buildings in Kyiv and its suburbs.
“As of now, more than 15 locations have confirmed damage. There are direct hits on multi-story residential buildings, and both a kindergarten and the Institute of Cardiology have been damaged. The information is being updated, and new reports of wounded people are still coming in,” the head of the KMA added.
Emergency services continue to work on eliminating the consequences of the attack.
