Russian forces struck a residential area in the city of Zaporizhzhia. One person was killed and seven others were injured in the attack.

According to him, Russian forces struck a residential neighborhood of the city.
Initial reports indicated one injured person, damage to an apartment building, and a fire.
Later it was reported that one person had been killed and another injured.
The number of injured later rose to five people and subsequently to seven.
Fedorov said one woman is in serious condition, while doctors describe the condition of the other injured people as moderate.
It is also reported preliminarily that a woman may be trapped under the rubble.
Other consequences of the attack are being clarified. Emergency services are working at the scene.
