A series of missile and drone strikes hit Kharkiv overnight on April 25. Residential buildings and infrastructure were damaged, and casualties were reported.
The consequences of the attacks were reported by Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov and Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov.
According to Ihor Terekhov, a drone hit a multi-storey residential building in the Saltivskyi district overnight. Later, the enemy struck the Kyivskyi district several times, with one strike landing near a residential building. The attacks damaged transport infrastructure, destroyed a public transport stop, and damaged a gas pipeline. The facade of a residential building, a children’s railway, and a patrol service were also affected.
In the morning, new strikes were recorded, including in the Nemyshlianskyi district, where private houses were damaged.
According to Oleh Syniehubov, a 54-year-old man was injured in a drone strike in the Nemyshlianskyi district and was hospitalized. A one-and-a-half-year-old boy also suffered an acute stress reaction and received medical assistance.
