On the evening of March 29, Russian troops attacked a military hospital in Kharkiv, grossly violating international humanitarian law. As a result of the kamikaze drone attack, the hospital building and nearby residential buildings were damaged, and there were victims.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“Having once again cynically violated the norms of international humanitarian law, Russian terrorists struck a military hospital in the city of Kharkiv. The hospital building and nearby residential buildings were damaged by a Shahed UAV,” the General Staff said in a statement.

According to preliminary data, there are casualties among the servicemen who were treated at the medical center.

“The fact of deliberate, targeted shelling of a Ukrainian medical facility by the Russian army has added to the long list of despicable and cynical crimes committed by the Russians since the beginning of their unprovoked invasion of Ukraine. War crimes have no statute of limitations. The relevant evidence will be handed over to the international criminal justice authorities,” the General Staff noted.
