General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces: Ongoing Tensions in the Kurakhove Sector

Since the beginning of the day, 108 combat engagements have been reported along the frontline, with the heaviest fighting concentrated in the Pokrovske and Kurakhove sectors, General Staff of the UAF said.

In the Pokrovsk sector, clashes of varying intensity have erupted 28 times, with ongoing battles near Promin. The situation remains critical in the Kurakhove sector, where 16 attacks were repelled near Illinka, Novoselidivka, Novodmytrivka, Maksymilianivka, Dalne, Katerynivka, and Antonivka. Currently, 17 battles are in progress in this area.

The DeepState project noted that the enemy made advances yesterday near Maksymivka, Myasozharivka, Dalne, Selidove, Petrivka, Bohoyavlenka, and Pobeda.

Over the past day, several localities in the Sumy and Chernihiv regions experienced enemy shelling. Pavlivka, Volfyno, Velyka Pysarivka, Zhuravka, Bezsalivka, Ugroids, and Leonivka came under artillery fire, while Myropillya was hit by air strikes.

Reports indicate that Russian forces conducted nine air strikes in the Kursk region today, deploying 15 UAVs. Ukrainian units have so far repelled 13 enemy attacks in this sector.

• In the Kupyansk sector, enemy forces attempted advances near Kucherivka, Kruglyakivka, and Lozove throughout the day, with two assaults still ongoing. A total of four engagements were recorded, and Kupyansk suffered aerial bombardment from five guided bombs.
• In the Liman sector, the number of enemy attacks rose to 14, with fighting reported near Hrekivka, Nevske, Torske, and Bilohorivka. Four confrontations are still active, and enemy bombers have struck near Terny and Yampolivka.
• The enemy also pushed forward in the Siversk sector near Verkhnekamianske, launching guided bomb strikes in the vicinity of Siversk.
• In the Kramatorsk sector, Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled an enemy assault near Bila Hora, while Chasiv Yar endured further air strikes with nine UAVs and unguided missiles dropped today.
• In the Toretsk sector, the enemy launched six attacks near Toretsk, Diliyivka, Shcherbynivka, and Nelipivka, with four attacks repelled and two battles ongoing. Kostiantynivka was hit by two UAV strikes.
• The Vremivka sector saw the aggressor attempting advances near Bohoyavlenka, Trudove, and Maksymivka.
• In the Prydniprovskyi sector, Ukrainian forces repelled one attack.

Elsewhere, the enemy continues to conduct air strikes and artillery shelling on Ukrainian positions and nearby settlements.

Ukrainian forces are effectively wearing down enemy troops across the frontline and rear areas.
