The 1,184th day of large-scale armed aggression by the Russian Federation against Ukraine has begun. 144 combat clashes were recorded on the front. Most of the attacks were repelled by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Pokrovsk (54) and Novopavlivka (17).
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
During the day, the enemy launched 90 air strikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and populated areas, dropped 144 guided bombs, and deployed 2,492 kamikaze drones. The enemy also carried out 5,291 artillery strikes, including 114 from multiple launch rocket systems.
The enemy carried out air strikes on the following populated areas:
- Novopil, Donetsk region;
- Novodarivka, Vysoke, Huliaipole, Novoandriivka – Zaporizhzhia region.
Kharkiv, Kupiansk, Lyman, and Siverskyi directions
In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy made six futile attempts to advance in the areas of Vovchansk, Kamianka, and towards Mala Shapkivka.
Yesterday, there were four attacks by the occupiers in the Kupiansk direction. Defense forces repelled enemy assaults near Kindrashivka, Zahreizove, and Nova Kruglyakivka.
There were 17 clashes in the Lyman direction. The enemy attempted to advance near the settlements of Ridkodub, Hrekivka, and Zelenaya Dolyna in the direction of Novoserhiivka, Olhivka, Novyi Mir, and in the Serebryanskyi Forest.
In the Siverskyi direction, the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled two enemy attacks in the area of Bilohorivka.
Kramatorsk, Toretsk, Pokrovsk directions
In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy carried out three attacks in the area of Chasiv Yar and in the direction of Predtechino.
Over the past day, the enemy attacked Ukrainian units 16 times in the areas of Diliivka, Druzhba, and Toretsk.
In the Pokrovsk direction, over the past day, Ukrainian defenders stopped 54 assaults by the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Yablunivka, Zoria, Shevchenko Pershe, Nova Poltavka, Myrolyubivka, Yelyzavetivka, Lysivka, Dachenske, Kotlyne, Novoserhiivka, Udachne, Troitske, Promin, Kotlyarivka, Andriivka, and in the directions of Popove Yar and Novomykolaivka.
Novopavlivka, Kursk, and other directions
In the Novopavlivka direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 19 attacks by invaders in the areas of the settlements of Bahatyr, Odradne, Shevchenko, Vesele, Rivnopil, Novopil, Zelenе Pole, and Vilne Pole.
The occupiers tried three times to advance to the positions of Ukrainian units in the Vysokyi area in the Huliaipilska direction.
In the Orikhiv direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled four attacks in the areas of Shcherbakiv, Stepove, and towards Pavlivka.
In the Dnipro direction, enemy units attempted to advance once but were unsuccessful.
In the Kursk direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled five attacks by invaders over the past day. The enemy also carried out 17 air strikes, using 34 guided bombs, and fired 191 shots, nine of which were from multiple launch rocket systems.
No signs of enemy offensive formations were detected in the Volyn and Polissya directions.
