This morning, Russian troops attacked a residential area in Kostyantynivka. As a result of the attack, three balconies in a five-storey building caught fire.
Rescuers promptly extinguished the fire, treated the wounded man and handed him over to medics.
According to the SES, a total of 4 people were injured. 7 high-rise buildings, 4 private houses, and 4 administrative buildings were damaged.
