        Food warehouses and Red Cross facilities burning in Boryspil after strike — PM

        As of the morning, 462 rescuers from Ukraine’s State Emergency Service and 116 units of special equipment are working to eliminate the consequences of the overnight Russian attack across Ukraine.

        Prime Minister Serhii Koretskyi reported this.

        According to him, the attack on Kyiv and the Kyiv region lasted almost nine hours. Russia used dozens of missiles and jet-powered drones.

        The strikes hit residential buildings and a children’s hospital. At least 13 people are known to have been killed so far. Another 40 people were injured and are receiving the necessary medical assistance.

        In Boryspil, the Russian strike hit food warehouses and Red Cross facilities. Rescuers continue to extinguish the fires.

        Russian forces also attacked civilian infrastructure in the Odesa and Chernihiv regions overnight.

        Koretskyi thanked the military, State Emergency Service units, medics, police and everyone helping those affected.
