A Ukrainian Special Forces officer of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine eliminated a Russian soldier at a distance of 2069 meters.
Elimination of the occupant at a distance of 2069 meters became a record for a sniper and a record for Ukraine in terms of the range of elimination of the enemy in the .338 Lapua Magnum caliber.
The absolute range record for this caliber belongs to the British sniper Craig Harrison, who in 2009 eliminated the enemy at a distance of 2475 meters.
