On the night of July 7, units of Ukraine’s Defense Forces struck a number of important enemy facilities as part of efforts to reduce Russia’s military and economic potential. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In particular, JSC “Kremniy EL Group” in Bryansk was hit. The extent of the damage and the results of the strike are being clarified.
According to the General Staff, “Kremniy EL Group” is one of Russia’s leading manufacturers of microelectronics. The enterprise produces microchips, power semiconductor devices and electronic components used in control, communications and electronic warfare systems, as well as in Russian weapons systems.
The Defense Forces also struck the “Bryansky” plant in the town of Seltso, Bryansk region. Four explosions were recorded near the enterprise. The results of the strike are being clarified.
The Bryansk chemical plant is an important part of Russia’s military-industrial complex. It produces gunpowder, explosives and rocket fuel components used to manufacture ammunition and missiles for strikes against Ukraine.
In addition, Ukrainian forces hit the oil depot of the “Belgorod” airfield. The extent of the damage is also being clarified.
In temporarily occupied Crimea, two railway bridges were hit near the settlements of Rozdolne and Ichki. According to the General Staff, Russian forces used these facilities for military logistics, as well as for the transfer of personnel, weapons and ammunition.
The Defense Forces also struck enemy logistics depots in the areas of Volnovakha and Yasynuvata in Donetsk region.
