On the night of 11 December (from 19:00 on 10 December), the enemy launched a combined strike on critical infrastructure facilities in Ukraine using strike UAVs and ground-based missiles.
In total, the Air Force’s radio-technical troops detected and tracked 154 air attack vehicles, according to the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Among them:
- 3 Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles;
- 151 Shahed and Gerbera strike UAVs (about 120 of them were ‘shahids’).
The main target of the strike was Kremenchuk, in the Poltava region. Odesa and frontline territories were also attacked.
“According to preliminary data, as of 10:00 a.m., air defence forces shot down/suppressed 85 air targets:
- 83 enemy Shahed and Gerbera UAVs (other types of drones);
- 2 Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles,” the report said.
Sixty-nine strike UAVs and one Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missile were recorded hitting 34 locations.
