On New Year’s Eve, the Russian Federation launched strikes on Odesa, Zaporizhzhia, and Kharkiv regions. Fires broke out at the sites of the UAV strikes, and there are casualties.

Russian troops attacked Zaporizhzhia with strike UAVs. Five people were injured, including a teenager. As a result of the shelling, a 44-year-old and a 59-year-old woman, two men aged 56 and 76, and a 15-year-old boy were injured.
In Odesa, large-scale fires broke out as a result of a night attack. Residential buildings and a passenger car were damaged. Repeated air raid alerts complicated the elimination of the consequences. All fires have been extinguished. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties or injuries.
Fires broke out in the Kharkiv region as a result of shelling. In the Kupiansky district, a private house, a farm building and a garage with a total area of 110 square metres burned down as a result of strikes by attack drones. In the Chuguevsky district, apartment buildings and private houses burned down.
