In the early hours of 28 February, an explosion occurred in temporarily occupied Mariupol, destroying a car used by a Russian serviceman.
According to Ukraine’s Defence Intelligence, the blast took place at around 01:30, targeting a Dacia SuperNova vehicle.
Preliminary reports suggest that the occupant may have sustained serious injuries and is currently in intensive care. The full extent of the incident is still being assessed.
