President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine’s next steps will depend on signals from the United States after its delegation meets with Russian representatives. He also confirmed he is ready to meet with Donald Trump.
Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine is awaiting the outcome of the U.S. delegation’s talks in Russia. According to him, the U.S. side intends to brief Kyiv immediately after the meeting. The President added that he is prepared to meet Trump if the discussion moves from words to concrete decisions. He emphasised that Ukraine will not accept any decisions made behind its back, particularly regarding security guarantees, territories and frozen assets.
