On Tuesday, March 17, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy began a working visit to the United Kingdom with an audience with King Charles III at Buckingham Palace.
This was reported by the Office of the President.
Zelenskyy thanked the United Kingdom, as well as King Charles III personally and the entire royal family, for their continued support and solidarity with Ukraine.
Also scheduled for today are meetings between the President of Ukraine and Prime Minister Keir Starmer, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, and an address to the British Parliament.
“Our priorities are clear: greater security and opportunities for Ukraine. I thank the United Kingdom for its assistance and partnership in protecting lives,” Zelenskyy wrote.
