President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said he has no information about U.S. President Donald Trump’s alleged intention to end the war by July 4, but stressed that Ukraine supports ending the war as quickly as possible. He made the remarks while responding to a journalist’s question during a press briefing following the Ukraine–Nordic–Baltic summit.

According to Zelenskyy, the reports about possible deadlines are new information to him. At the same time, during negotiations in Abu Dhabi and Switzerland, Ukrainian and U.S. representatives discussed Washington’s desire to end the war as soon as possible.

Zelenskyy emphasized that Ukraine has always supported a fast-track approach to ending the war. However, he underlined that such acceleration does not mean giving up any part of Ukraine’s territories.
