President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke about the terms of new one-year contracts under which people aged 18 to 24 are to be recruited into the army.
He said this during a briefing with European Investment Bank President Nadia Calvino, UNIAN reports.
Zelensky noted that under the terms of the contract, Ukrainians will be able to earn one million hryvnias during the year of service.
“In addition, they will be able to choose a higher education institution after this year of war without any exams and study for free. The state will pay for everything. Thirdly, I would like to draw attention to the special mortgage terms – 0%. All interest will be covered by the state,” the President added.
All the details of these contracts will be officially presented in the near future.
