Yermak is flying to the US for talks with Trump’s team, media reports

Head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak, along with Defense Minister Rustem Umerov and Economy Minister Yulia Svyrydenko, are heading to the United States for talks with representatives of the American government.

This was reported by Radio NV’s sources in diplomatic circles.

The main purpose of the visit is to establish a dialog with the team of US President-elect Donald Trump. It is expected that Andriy Yermak will meet with Keith Kellogg, whom Trump plans to appoint as special representative for Ukraine. The meeting will discuss the Trump administration’s future policy toward Ukraine, including further support.

CNN reported that Kellogg has a plan to end the war, which includes the return of the occupied Ukrainian territories exclusively through diplomatic means and the suspension of Ukraine’s rapprochement with NATO for an indefinite period.
