Xiaomi has released its financial results for Q3 2025 and announced that Xiaomi EV will reach its annual target of deliveries this week. The company also reported its first operating profit in its innovation business segment, which includes electric vehicles and AI.
Partner and President Lu Weibing stated that Xiaomi EV will meet its annual delivery goal of 350,000 vehicles this week. The information comes from CarNewsChina.
According to the report, Xiaomi EV delivered over 100,000 new vehicles in Q3 alone, bringing total deliveries in the first three quarters to more than 260,000 units. An analysis of delivery pace shows a sharp acceleration: it took the company 230 days to deliver its first 100,000 vehicles, while the next 200,000 were delivered in 232 days, effectively doubling production capacity.
The third quarter was record-breaking. In September, Xiaomi EV delivered 40,023 vehicles — the highest monthly figure for the brand to date. The momentum continued in October, with deliveries again exceeding 40,000 units.
During Q3, Xiaomi’s innovation business division — which includes smart EVs and AI — achieved operating profitability for the first time. The segment generated 700 million yuan in quarterly operating revenue.
A recent Citi report suggests that, at the current weekly pace of more than 10,000 vehicles, Xiaomi’s full-year deliveries could approach 400,000 units. Recent trends show stabilising demand, with delivery times shortening to between 28 and 38 weeks.
As of the end of October 2025, Xiaomi operated 424 stores across 125 cities. In November, the company plans to open 17 additional stores and expand into eight new cities.
