Ukrainian athlete Vitalii Daderko won a silver medal at the European Weightlifting Championships among juniors under 20, held in Albania, according to the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine.
Competing in the 79 kg weight category, Daderko earned silver in the snatch with a result of 174 kg. In the clean and jerk, he placed seventh with 152 kg and finished fourth overall with a total of 326 kg.
The European U23 Championships in Albania will continue until November 4.
