Operators of the Special Operations Forces (SOF) have killed and captured Russian military personnel involved in the execution of Ukrainian territorial defense fighters. This was reported by the press service of the Special Operations Forces, publishing a video of the prisoners’ confessions.
On January 10, Russian soldiers shot dead two territorial defense fighters who had been captured on one of the front lines. After that, one of the SOF units conducted an operation to eliminate the enemy group and return the bodies of the Ukrainian defenders.
As a result, part of the firing squad was destroyed, and the rest were forced to surrender. Among the prisoners were marines of the 40th Arctic Brigade of the Russian Federation, who had been serving for only a month and a half.
During interrogation, they confessed that they had taken two Ukrainians prisoner and received an order to execute them from their commander. Three of the attackers, including those with the call signs Lebed, Boom and Bilyi, were eliminated by the SSO operatives. The occupier with the call sign Yary, along with two other soldiers, was captured and testified.
