Elina Svitolina and Marta Kostyuk have been included in the lineup of the exhibition team tournament World Tennis League. The event will take place on 17–21 December in Bengaluru, India.
According to Sport.ua, this year’s World Tennis League will be held in Bengaluru from 17 to 21 December. This will be the fourth edition of the tournament, with previous editions hosted in the UAE.
The competition features both women and men. All players are divided into four teams: Eagles, Falcons, Hawks, and Kites. The format includes a round-robin stage, with each team matchup consisting of four matches — a men’s singles, a women’s singles, and two doubles matches. The type of doubles (men’s, women’s, or mixed) depends on the outcome of the pre-match draw.
After the round-robin stage, the top two teams advance to the final to play for the trophy.
Along with Svitolina and Kostyuk, the 2025 lineup in Bengaluru is expected to include Gaël Monfils, Nick Kyrgios, Denis Shapovalov, Paula Badosa, Rohan Bopanna, Magda Linette, and Daniil Medvedev. Svitolina replaces Elena Rybakina, while Shapovalov will play together with Arthur Fils.
