Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga and US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken are meeting in Brussels.
This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine in Telegram.
“Negotiations between Foreign Minister of Ukraine Andriy Sybiga and US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken have started in Brussels,” the statement said.
Before the meeting, Sybiga said: “Every day, Russia attacks our critical infrastructure, including our energy system, ports, hospitals and schools. We need reliable protection for citizens immediately. All key decisions must be accelerated. Today’s discussion will focus on these issues.”
The Foreign Minister also emphasized that this meeting is an opportunity to coordinate further actions after the presidential elections and discuss with Blinken Ukraine’s Euro-Atlantic aspirations and steps aimed at achieving a comprehensive, just and lasting peace.
