Russia is deliberately attacking Ukraine’s logistics routes, striking civilian railway infrastructure. Over the past day, seven drone attacks on Ukrzaliznytsia facilities have been recorded.
This was reported by Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko on Telegram.
According to her, Russia is deliberately targeting Ukraine’s logistics routes, terrorising people and civilian logistics. In the last 24 hours alone, the enemy has carried out seven drone strikes on railway infrastructure facilities.
In particular, attacks were recorded on the railway infrastructure of the Synelnykove station. As a result of the strikes, electric train carriages were damaged while parked, as well as freight carriages, locomotives, tracks, power lines, and administrative and production buildings. According to Svyrydenko, there were no casualties.
Due to the security situation, Ukrzaliznytsia is forced to maintain traffic restrictions between Dnipro and Zaporizhzhia. Today, all trains that were supposed to depart from Zaporizhzhia are departing from Dnipro.
Passengers on evening flights are being transported by bus transfers provided by the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration.
