        Strike on hospital in Chernihiv region: Russian UAVs damaged food service unit and destroyed transport

        On the evening of 1 January, the Russians launched several strikes with unmanned aerial vehicles on the town of Semenivka in Chernihiv region. The local hospital was hit.

        This was reported by the head of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration, Vyacheslav Chaus.

        ‘There was a strike by Geranias on the Semenivka City Hospital. Preliminary reports indicate that three service vehicles, garages and utility rooms were destroyed, and the food service facility was damaged,’ Chaus wrote.

        The fire that broke out at the site of the strike was extinguished. The Molniya UAV strike also damaged windows in a five-storey building.

        At night, the Geran UAV targeted the territory of one of the forestries in the Koryukivka district. A utility building caught fire, but the fire was extinguished.

        According to the Chernihiv Regional State Administration, the Russians carried out 27 attacks during the day, during which about 50 explosions were heard.
