        Shelling of Kostyantynivka: One Killed, Three Wounded, Residential Buildings Damaged

        On 22 February, at 15:35, the Russian army launched three air strikes on Kostyantynivka. According to the Office of the Prosecutor General, the occupiers allegedly used FAB-250 bombs with UMPK modules.

        The strike hit a densely populated residential area. A 69-year-old woman was killed when one of the bombs hit an apartment building. Two other women and a man sustained mine-blast injuries, contusions, shrapnel wounds, and concussions. The victims received medical aid and were hospitalised.

        The attack damaged seven multi-storey buildings, a gas pipeline, 12 garages, and a shop.

        Under the procedural supervision of the Kostyantynivka District Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation into a war crime (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been initiated. Prosecutors continue documenting the crimes committed by the Russian military.
