Russian occupation forces shelled Kostiantynivka, Donetsk region, once again. The enemy attacked with Smerch multiple rocket launchers and 152-mm artillery.
This was reported by Vadym Filashkin, the head of the Donetsk Military Administration.
First, the occupants opened fire with cannon artillery on the private sector, killing a 32-year-old man in his own home.
Subsequently, the Russian army launched two more MLRS attacks, shelling a residential area. Three men aged 48, 62 and 70, as well as an 82-year-old woman were injured. They were diagnosed with mine-blast traumas, shrapnel wounds and contusion. Doctors assess the condition of one of the victims as moderate.
The prosecutor’s office opened a criminal investigation into the attack under Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code – violation of the laws and customs of war.
